Exchange & Returns

• Exchanges and returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Exchanges are subject to item availability.

• Sale or limited-edition items may not be eligible for exchange/return.

How to Begin a Return

1. Email [hello@shopdalamo.com] with your order number and reason for return.

2. You’ll receive a Return Authorization and instructions for shipment.

3. Repack the item carefully, preserving all tags, dust bags, and packaging.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect. However, if you are returning a non defected piece, return shipping fees will apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event your piece arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.

We’ll replace it or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Every Dalamo piece is packed soon after your order is placed.

If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours. After this window, we may not be able to make changes.
